Community Resources

This page provides links to community and state-wide resources to help people and communities support one another. It will be updated as often as possible, as information is shared with us. If you have a resource to add, please email it to cnp-info@uwyo.edu

If you have food, supplies, and services to share, please share them on the relevant resources. If you need assistance, please reach out to us or connect to a resource in your area.

Lander & Riverson WIC Offices

  • WIC offices in Lander and Riverton are providing drive-up services. They can take WIC cards from people in their cars or outside, bring them in to recharge them, wipe them down, and bring them back out to people. They can also do nutrition interviews over the phone and can still enroll people. They will be open at the Lander office on Monday from 8-12, and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in Riverton, with (most likely) the same hours, 8-12. They will give updates on their hours if they can.
