Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spray a baking sheet (any size) with nonstick spray.
In a small bowl, combine flour with salt and pepper.
In another small bowl, beat together eggs and milk.
In a third bowl, crush cornflakes or bread crumbs.
Dip pork chops in flour mixture, then egg mixture, and then in cornflakes or bread crumbs. Then place on baking sheet.
Bake at 375°F for 35-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Let rest 3 minutes before serving.
