Simple Sautéed Summer Squash
This simple recipe is a great way to use zucchini, crockneck, patty pan, and other summer squash. It can be spiced to fit with just about any meal!

Ingredients

medium
summer squash
zucchini, crookneck, patty pan, etc.
1
clove
garlic, mined
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1
Tablespoon
canola or olive oil
1-2
teaspoons
spices, any kind
Instructions
Wash hands with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds.
Wash squash then cut into small cubes or slice into rounds. Keep the peels on.
In a skillet, add the squash, oil, and garlic.
Cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
