  Ingredients
- 14 ounces canned collard greens or spinach
 - 15 ounces canned white beans or black-eyed peas
 - 1-11/2 cups low-sodium broth
 - 1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/4-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1/2-1 cup diced ham optional
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Wash hands with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds.
 - Combine all ingredients in a large skillet or saucepan.
 - Cook for 15-20 minutes, until heated through and flavors are combined.
 - Serve with cornbread or whole-grain bread.
