Welcome to the Cent$ible Nutrition Program, Wyoming’s SNAP-Ed and EFNEP Programs. We are happy you found us! We are a cooking and nutrition program that serves families and individuals in Wyoming*. CNP educators live in communities across the state and teach free classes about healthy lifestyles (and cooking!). We also work with community partners on projects at gardens, food pantries, and schools.
This website is designed for you. Our pages are full of tips, tools, and information to help you make healthy choices in your everyday life.
* The Cent$ible Nutrition Program is funded by USDA SNAP-Ed and EFNEP. SNAP-Ed assists individuals and families who receive, or are eligible to receive, benefits from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). EFNEP assists families and youth with limited resources in acquiring the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and changed behaviors necessary for nutritionally sound diets and contributes to their personal development and the improvement of total family diet and nutritional welfare.
