COVID Food Give Away
This spring, Marilou helped at the food give away during the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Care & Share Food Bank
Marilou partners with local food banks. Prior to COVID-19, the included offering recipe samples and recipes at the Care & Share Food Bank.
Youth Classes
Marilou teaches youth at qualifying schools about making healthy food and lifestyle choices. Contact Marilou for more information!

One thing I love about being an CNP educator is helping others learn how to eat healthier.
