Ingredients
- 2 15-ounce cans black beans, drained and rinsedÂ
- ½ cup onion, choppedÂ
- 3 garlic cloves, peeledÂ
- 2 teaspoon lemon juiceÂ
- 2 teaspoon olive oilÂ
- 1 teaspoon ground cuminÂ
- ¼ teaspoon cayenneÂ
- ½ teaspoon black pepperÂ
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 Tablespoons cilantro (optional)

Directions
- Wash hands with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds.
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor except cilantro. Puree until smooth, about 2 minutes.Â
- Add the cilantro and process for about 15 seconds.
