Breakfast Parfait

This yogurt parfait topped with fruit is perfect for a quick snack or easy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple, canned and chopped 
  • 1 cup frozen berries (thawed) 
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt 
  • 1 banana (peeled and sliced) 
  • 1/3 cup raisins 

Directions

  1. Wash hands with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds. 
  2. In 2 glasses or bowls, layer pineapple, berries, yogurt, banana, and raisins.
