  Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat milk
 - ½ cup low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt
 - ½ cup frozen blueberries unsweetened
 - ½ cup frozen strawberries unsweetened
 - 3 cups raw kale or spinach
 - 2 teaspoons honey*
 
Instructions
- Wash hands with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds.
 - Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
 - Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
 
Notes
*Children under 1 year should not eat honey.
