Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • ½ cup low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries unsweetened
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries unsweetened
  • 3 cups raw kale or spinach
  • 2 teaspoons honey*

Instructions

  • Wash hands with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds.
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
  • Pour into two glasses and enjoy.

Notes

*Children under 1 year should not eat honey.
