Oatmeal Berry Breakfast Shake

This hearty breakfast shake will keep you fueled all morning!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 16 frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Wash hands with warm, soapy water.
  2. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy! Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
