Apple Quesadilla

This snack is a great way to add a whole-grain serving to your day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole-wheat tortilla
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 apple
  • Cinnamon to taste

Directions:

  1. Wash hands thoroughly with warm water and soap.
  2. Spread cream cheese on tortilla.
  3. Slice apples into thin slices and lay on top.
  4. Fold over like a quesadilla and cut into wedges. 
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon as desired.
