Banana Oat Energy Bites

Perfect as part of a grab and go breakfast or for snack time, keep up your energy with these tasty Banana Oat Energy Bites.


  • 2 cups rolled oats 
  • 1 banana 
  • cup applesauce 
  • ¼ cup raisins 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Nonstick spray



  1. Wash hands with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds.
  2. Mash bananas and add applesauce and vanilla. Mix well.  
  3. Add oatmeal, raisins and cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper. 
  5. Form mixture into rounds and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
