
Honey Garlic Roasted Carrots
Carrots go to a whole new flavor level with this honey garlic sauce.

  Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots washed and peeled
 - 2 Tablespoons oil
 - 2 Tablespoons honey
 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
 - 2 teaspoons lemon juice
 - Salt and black pepper to taste
 - Nonstick spray
 
Instructions
- Wash hands with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds.
 - Preheat oven to 400℉.
 - Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Set aside.
 - Cut whole carrots in half or thirds, if desired. Trim carrots to be a similar size for even baking. Set aside.
 - In a bowl, combine oil, honey, garlic, and lemon juice.
 - Put carrots in a single layer on the baking sheet. Top with the honey sauce.
 - Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and golden. Smaller carrots will roast faster.
