Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate milk (cow, almond, oat, pea, etc)
- 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 frozen banana, chopped
- Dash of cinnamon
Directions
- Wash hands with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds.
- Add all ingredients except cinnamon to blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Top with a dash of cinnamon, if desired.
