Chocolate Spinach Smoothie

Chocolate and spinach?! Who knew this would be a delicious combo. Check the calorie content of your cow or almond milk for nutrition facts, or try adding sugar-free chocolate syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate milk (cow, almond, oat, pea, etc)
  • 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped 
  • Dash of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Wash hands with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds.
  2. Add all ingredients except cinnamon to blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Top with a dash of cinnamon, if desired.

Makes 1 serving
