Ingredients
- 1 15-ounce can corn
 - 1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans
 - 1 15-ounce can black beans
 - 2 large tomatoes
 - ¼ cup cilantro
 - ½ cup onion
 - ¼ cup green onion
 - 1 green pepper
 - ½ cup fat-free Italian dressing
 
Directions
- Wash hands with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds.
 - Rinse canned ingredients. Dice vegetables.
 - Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
 - Serve with whole-grain chips or crackers.
