- 2 broccoli heads
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Wash hands with warm soapy water for 20 seconds.
- Chop broccoli into small pieces.
- Add oil, salt, and black pepper to broccoli. Stir.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over broccoli. Stir.
- Roast at 450°F for 30-45 minutes
