Strawberry Yogurt Fruit Parfait

Enjoy fresh summer fruit with this easy parfait. Use plain, non-fat yogurt to reduce the amount of sugar in each serving.


  • 18-ounces light strawberry yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries 
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup granola



  1. Wash hands with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds.
  2. Layer yogurt, fruit, and granola in a three glasses.
  3. Repeat layers.
