Seasonal Produce Guide

For fresh, look for: firm potatoes with smooth skin with no cracks, soft spots, or blemishes

High in: vitamin A, vitamin c

Good source of: fiber, potassium

Try in: burritos, chili, stir fry, stew, soup, cut into fries, baked, mashed, roasted, in pie
