PBJ Smoothie

Blend peanut butter and strawberries for a smoothie that tastes just like PBJ.

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 cup 1% or soy milk
  • 2/3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

 

Directions

  1. Wash hands with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds.
  2. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.

Makes 4 servings
