- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 four-ounce containers of diced peaches in 100% juice, drained
- 2 Tablespoons low-fat granola
- 4 Tablespoons low-fat yogurt
- Wash hands with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds.
- Drain peaches (rinse if in syrup) and place in small bowl.
- Stir cinnamon into fruit.
- Divide fruit between two serving dishes.
- Sprinkle each dish with granola and top with yogurt.
- Top with more cinnamon if desired.
