Waldorf Salad Posted on August 29, 2022January 12, 2023 Ingredients2 medium apples2 stalks celery½ cup seedless grapes⅓ cup nuts (optional)½ cup low-fat plain or vanilla yogurtDirectionsWash hands with warm, soapy water.Wash apples, celery, and grapes. Dice apples (leave peels on). Dice celery. Cut grapes in half.Chop nuts into small pieces.Combine apples, celery, grapes, nuts, and yogurt.Toss gently and serve immediately.
