Beef Stew & Noodles Posted on September 26, 2022September 26, 2022 Ingredients 1 cup canned beef stew 2 cups fresh, frozen, or canned vegetables (optional) 1 cup cooked whole wheat pasta or egg noodles Directions Wash hands with warm, soapy water. In a saucepan on medium high, heat one cup of beef stew. Add in vegetables, if desired, and cook until bubbling or vegetables are tender. Pour over cooked, warmed pasta and enjoy. 10-Minute Chili Posted on December 20, 2021December 22, 2021 Ingredients ½ pound lean, ground beef 1 small onion, chopped 16-ounce can kidney beans 16-ounce can tomato sauce 1-2 Tablespoons chili powder Directions Cook ground beef and onion together in a saucepan. Transfer mixture to colander set over a bowl and rinse with warm water to remove grease. Return to saucepan. Add the kidney beans, tomato sauce, and chili powder to the saucepan. Cook over medium heat until heated through. Makes 4 servings
