Banana Oat Energy Bites Posted on March 11, 2022January 12, 2023 Ingredients2 cups rolled oats 1 banana ⅓ cup applesauce ¼ cup raisins 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon cinnamonNonstick spray  DirectionsWash hands with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds.Mash bananas and add applesauce and vanilla. Mix well.  Add oatmeal, raisins and cinnamon. Mix well.Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper. Form mixture into rounds and place on baking sheet.Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.  Makes 36 servings
