Waldorf Salad Posted on August 29, 2022January 12, 2023 Ingredients2 medium apples2 stalks celery½ cup seedless grapes⅓ cup nuts (optional)½ cup low-fat plain or vanilla yogurtDirectionsWash hands with warm, soapy water.Wash apples, celery, and grapes. Dice apples (leave peels on). Dice celery. Cut grapes in half.Chop nuts into small pieces.Combine apples, celery, grapes, nuts, and yogurt.Toss gently and serve immediately. Chicken Salad Posted on May 16, 2022January 12, 2023 Ingredients2 5-ounce cans of chicken1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise1 Tablespoon finely chopped onion2 Tablespoons finely chopped celery1 Tablespoon dill pickle relish or chopped dill pickle (optional)DirectionsWash hands with warm, soapy water.Combine all ingredients except chicken and mix until well blended.Drain chicken and flake apart with a fork. Add chicken to other ingredients and mix well. Serve on whole-grain bread, tortilla, lettuce leaf, or in a tomato. Makes 6 servings Download the recipe
